A downloadable level pack

This is a small pack of six single-screen, (almost entirely) thinky levels for Lexy's Labyrinth focused on a custom element, the ankh. To play this, download the ZIP archive below, head on over to the game, and either drag the file onto your browser window or hit the "load files" button at the bottom of the page.

While it may be possible to experiment and figure out how things work, familiarity with Chip's Challenge 2 mechanics is expected. Playing through eevee's set of tutorial levels, "Lexy's Lessons," may help. This pack also makes healthy use of Lexy's Labyrinth custom elements which aren't covered by the tutorial, so if you'd like a reference, here are their descriptions from the level editor:

  • Ankh: When dropped on empty floor by a player, inscribes a sacred symbol which will save a player's life once. (Additional notes: only one ankh symbol can be inscribed at a time; placing a second will remove the first. An inscribed ankh symbol acts like an "item" that can't be picked up, blocking any actors that would normally be unable to move over items.)
  • Glass Block (used in Dead-End Apartments and Vault): Similar to a dirt block, but stores the first item it moves over, dropping it when destroyed and cloning it in a cloning machine. Has ice block/frame block collision. Turns into floor in water. Doesn't have dirt block immunities.
  • Hole (used in Mail Sorter II and "Say something…"): A bottomless pit. Destroys everything (except ghosts).
  • Sokoban Block (used in Airlock and Coordination): Similar to a dirt block. Turns to colored floor in water. Can't pass over colored floor of a different color. Has no effect on sokoban buttons of a different color.
  • Sokoban Button (used in Airlock and Coordination): Changes sokoban walls of the same color to floor, but only while all buttons of the same color are held. Not affected by sokoban blocks of a different color.
  • Sokoban Wall (used in Airlock and Coordination): Acts like wall. Turns to floor while all sokoban buttons of the same color are pressed.
